The mission of the Salinas Valley Leadership Group is to identify, recruit and support candidates for non-partisan local office who desire to serve their communities, exhibit qualities of leadership and integrity, and who will support the vital interests of business in the conduct of local government.
There is a great need for effective leadership in communities across this nation, and ours is no exception. The vitality of the Salinas Valley not only affects us locally, but can have consequences felt throughout the country, as we are a key area of agriculture and food production. It is for this reason that the Salinas Valley Leadership Group has formed, to find the most effective leaders who will exhibit qualities of leadership and integrity, and will put the best interests of the community ahead of their own.
